At DigiSkool, we want you to be completely satisfied with your learning experience. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which you may request a refund for courses and services purchased through our platform. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for most of our courses. You may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase if:

  • You have completed less than 30% of the course content
  • You have not downloaded any course certificates
  • You have not violated our Terms of Use
  • This is not a repeated refund request for the same course

The 30-day period begins from the date of purchase, not the date you first access the course.

3. Courses Not Eligible for Refund

The following purchases are not eligible for refunds:

  • Courses purchased more than 30 days ago
  • Courses where you have completed more than 30% of the content
  • Courses where you have already received a certificate
  • Subscription services after the first 30 days
  • Promotional or discounted courses marked as "non-refundable"
  • Bundle purchases where individual courses have been accessed
  • Corporate or group training packages
  • One-on-one tutoring sessions that have already occurred

4. Subscription Services

For subscription-based services, you may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel within the first 30 days, you will receive a full refund. After 30 days, you will not be charged for subsequent billing periods, but no refund will be issued for the current period. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your DigiSkool account
  2. Navigate to "My Courses" or "Purchase History"
  3. Click on the course you wish to refund
  4. Select "Request Refund" and provide a brief reason
  5. Submit your request

Alternatively, you can contact our support team at refunds@digiskool.com with your order number and reason for the refund request.

6. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

7. Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, we may offer partial refunds at our discretion. This may apply to:

  • Technical issues that significantly impacted your learning experience
  • Course content that was substantially different from the description
  • Situations where you have completed between 30-50% of the course

Partial refund amounts will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

8. Course Access After Refund

Once a refund is processed, you will immediately lose access to the course content, materials, and any associated resources. Any certificates earned will be revoked. If you wish to re-enroll in the course in the future, you will need to purchase it again at the current price.

9. Refund Abuse Policy

We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we detect patterns of abuse, including but not limited to:

  • Requesting refunds for multiple courses repeatedly
  • Completing most of a course before requesting a refund
  • Downloading course materials before requesting a refund
  • Sharing course content with others before requesting a refund

Accounts found to be abusing our refund policy may be suspended or terminated.

10. Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties accessing course content, please contact our support team before requesting a refund. We will work with you to resolve any technical issues. Refunds for technical issues will only be considered if we are unable to resolve the problem within a reasonable timeframe.

11. Gift Purchases

Courses purchased as gifts are subject to the same refund policy. However, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser, not the gift recipient. The 30-day refund period begins from the date of purchase, not when the gift is redeemed.

12. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy. However, any changes will not affect refund requests for purchases made before the policy change.
